1. Nature of Digital Services

Upgrades on Free Matrimony provide immediate digital access to member contact credits, direct messaging, and search visibility features. Since digital credits and profile access are activated immediately upon payment approval, fees paid for membership packages are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

A full refund will be granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate / Multiple Charges: If an amount was deducted more than once due to a technical error during payment.
• Technical Non-Activation: If a payment was verified and approved, but package credits or access were not delivered within 48 hours of reporting to support.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case, please email our support team within 7 days of payment with:

• Your Registered Username & Email ID
• Payment UTR / Transaction ID and receipt screenshot
• Reason for refund request
